Use lavender to your advantage. This is a very calming scent and comes in shower steamers, bath bombs, pillow sprays, diffusers, and bubble bath. It will calm you without you even realizing it!
Laugh a little! Watching comedic videos or calling a friend to share a few laughs will get your mind off its worrisome path.
Listen to music. This can be your favorite music, spa music, or even nature sounds.
Talk a walk or exercise. This pumps up your endorphins, which are the feel-good neurotransmitters in your brain.
